We are pleased to announce the signing of a manufacturing technology licensing agreement with Taiwan Matsuo, marking an important milestone in THT-EX’s 15-year journey.

Through this partnership, we will establish manufacturing capabilities for THT-EX explosion-proof lighting at Matsuo’s Indonesian subsidiary, PT LUXORA GROW INDONESIA. Our initial focus will be the ASEAN market, with the potential to serve additional global markets as the operation develops.

We see strong long-term potential in Indonesia and the wider ASEAN region. Indonesia’s large population, industrial development, and growing infrastructure needs make it an important part of our regional strategy.

Taiwan Matsuo brings a long history in lighting, particularly T8 fluorescent tubes. Founded in Taiwan by Japanese entrepreneurs, the company has Japanese investment and operations spanning Taiwan, Japan, and Indonesia.

Our shared belief is simple: the right partnership can create value far beyond what either company could achieve alone.

THT-EX will provide licensed manufacturing technology, technical support, and guidance for the implementation of the required quality system. We are targeting completion of the IECEx Quality Assessment Report (QAR) process in the first quarter of 2027.

Our priority is to build a manufacturing operation supported by clear procedures, trained personnel, traceable materials, and consistent quality controls.
